Here are a list of answers to questions, some anticipated, and some are actual questions from WeWe customers. Please feel free to send in your own questions to us. Q. Is my identity safe here? Who are you using to process payments and handle credit cards?
A. We trust Paypal and their services implicitly and have had nothing but positive working experiences with them in the past. If you’d like to learn more, we encourage you to do so by reading about Paypal Personal Accounts.
Q. Do you sell wholesale or to stores?
A. We are always interested in talking with people about spreading the word of WeWe. If you are interested in carrying WeWe in your store, please contact Folake directly at f@weweclothing.com.
Q. How do I wash and take care of my clothing?
A. Since our fabrics and trims are hand-woven, we recommend hand-washing and line-drying. We’re big supporters of the green movement, and hand washing uses the least amount of water and energy.
Q. How long does it take to process orders and ship?
A. Usually products will ship within 48 hours. We will notify you when your product has shipped. We do not ship on the weekends.
Q. Can I return or exchange my purchases?
A. If your items are for some reason defective, we will always honor the quality of our craftsmanship and ensure that you’re happy with your product. We do accept exchanges, but only for an item of equal value. (In other words, if you got a top and need it in a different size, length or color, you can exchange for another.)
Q. Are sale items final?
A. Yes, all items on sale are final. No returns or exchanges.
Q. Does your sizing – 1-year through 5-year – match up with the common 1T-5T sizing conventions?
A. No, they do not. These sizes are incrementally larger. For example, a 2-Year tunic will be 1-inch longer than a 1-Year tunic. A 4-Year, 1-inch longer than a 3-Year, etc.
Q. Are you interested in exchanging links?
A. Again, we are always interested in finding mutually beneficial relationships. Please send us your name, your site, and any traffic numbers or site metrics available.
